 I am a Clinical Psychologist with more than a decade of experience in psychological therapy for adults with a special emphasis on women's health and wellness. Throughout my career, I have worked in multiple setting including outpatient clinics, inpatient treatment, and private practice. I have worked with clients with symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and difficulties adjusting to life stressors. I am trained in multiple evidence-based therapies including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Every person has unique characteristics and preferences that make some therapeutic approaches a better fit for them than other approaches. Our therapy work together will be tailored to your unique needs.
