I can offer you a wide range of services as well as specializing in specific areas, such as, Women's Health & Wellness, EMDR, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Life Transitions, Retirement Issues, Grief, Trauma/PTSD, LGBTQ issues and more. I believe that problem areas are an opportunity for positive change and therapy involves a willingness to reflect on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I'm guided by the understanding that the brain and body systems that process emotions are intricately connected therefore the mind-body relationship always needs to be nourished to foster and maintain good mental health.
